Design
How many proof revisions do I get?
As many as you need. Approve the proof or request changes from your order page; we keep every version so you can compare.
What file types can I upload?
AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG and SVG, up to 25 MB each. A clear photo of a sketch also works; our artists will rebuild it.
Ordering
How do I order custom patches?
Choose a patch type, set the size and quantity, pick your options and upload your artwork. You can pay online straight away, or request a quote for unusual sizes and large quantities. Production starts only after you approve your free digital proof.
Is there a minimum order?
Most patch types start at 50 pieces. The price per patch drops as the quantity goes up; you can see every price break in the calculator and on the price list.
Pricing
How is patch size calculated?
Add the width and height and divide by 2. A 4" × 2" patch is priced as a 3" patch. This is for pricing only; we make your patch at its exact dimensions.
Are there setup or digitizing fees?
No. Artwork clean-up, digitizing and your digital proof are free on every order.
Products
What is the difference between embroidered and woven patches?
Embroidered patches use thicker thread for a raised, textured look. Woven patches use finer thread for sharp detail and small text with a flat finish.
Shipping
When will my patches arrive?
Your estimated delivery date is shown while you configure and again at checkout. It combines proof turnaround, production time and shipping time, and is updated when you approve your proof. Rush production is available on most patch types.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes: standard shipping is free on qualifying quantities. You will see the free option automatically at checkout when your order qualifies.
